Zero Tolerance Intoxicating Substance Policy
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of drugs or alcohol to ensure the highest level of safety for all passengers.
Drivers are strictly prohibited from using intoxicating substances while providing transportation services. Any violation will result in immediate suspension followed by an internal investigation. If a violation is confirmed, the driver will be permanently terminated.Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will not incur any charges.
Cancellations made within 12 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.ADA Compliance

Standard rides include up to 15 minutes of complimentary wait time.

If the passenger fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location and cannot be reached, the booking will be considered a no-show and may be charged in full.Payment & Billing
